These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://zyne.store, ZYNE product pages, ZYNE service information, and any paid ZYNE productized service purchased through Stan Store or another authorized checkout provider.
ZYNE provides paid productized services for growth intelligence, brand, website, visibility, AI, automation, and client-conversion work. ZYNE is operated from Houston, Texas. These Terms are tailored for ZYNE's Houston, Texas operating base and the external Stan Store checkout model.
By using zyne.store, reviewing product pages, submitting intake materials, purchasing a ZYNE service, or communicating with ZYNE about a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase a ZYNE product or service.
ZYNE provides fixed-price productized services, audits, reports, brand systems, website services, AI-related services, automation planning, and conversion-support services for businesses.

ZYNE controls product education, service descriptions, scope explanations, fulfillment expectations, support communications, and buyer-facing service information on zyne.store.
Stan Store provides the external checkout and payment layer for certain ZYNE products and services. When you click a purchase or checkout link, you may leave zyne.store and complete checkout on Stan Store. Stan Store and its payment processors may apply their own checkout terms, privacy terms, refund tooling, transaction rules, and platform policies.
Product details are provided by ZYNE. Secure checkout is completed through Stan Store.
ZYNE offers paid productized services. There are no free consultations implied by the website.
Each product page is intended to explain the purchased service, including scope, price, timeline, deliverables, buyer responsibilities, exclusions, revision handling, and checkout expectations. Buyers should review the relevant ZYNE product detail page before completing checkout.
A purchase does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or open-ended consulting engagement. Each purchase is limited to the specific product scope purchased.
You agree to pay the full price shown at checkout for any ZYNE product or service you purchase. Prices may change at any time before purchase.
Payments may be processed by Stan Store and its payment processors. ZYNE does not directly collect or store full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or complete payment credentials. ZYNE may receive order, purchaser, payment-status, product, intake, or fulfillment information from Stan Store as needed to deliver the purchased service.
If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise not completed, ZYNE may pause or cancel fulfillment until the payment issue is resolved.
To complete a purchased service, you may need to provide accurate intake responses, business details, links, files, credentials, permissions, access information, examples, brand materials, website information, workflow details, or other materials needed for the purchased scope.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any materials or third-party information submitted to ZYNE. Do not provide confidential third-party personal information, regulated health information, legal-client information, financial account information, sensitive personal information, or restricted data unless it is necessary for the service and you have the legal right to provide it.
Delays in providing required materials may delay delivery. Incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable buyer materials may limit what ZYNE can deliver within scope.
Each ZYNE service is limited to the product description, deliverables, exclusions, timeline, and revision terms stated on the applicable ZYNE product page or checkout flow.
Requests outside the purchased scope may require a separate purchase, written scope adjustment, or additional product selection. ZYNE may decline requests that are outside scope, legally risky, technically impractical, platform-prohibited, or inconsistent with the purchased product.
ZYNE may update service descriptions, product names, prices, timelines, and package structures prospectively. Updates do not automatically change a completed purchase unless ZYNE states otherwise in writing.
Delivery timelines are estimates unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Timelines may depend on buyer intake completion, access, file quality, communication speed, third-party platforms, or the complexity of the purchased service.
Revision handling is limited to the revision terms stated on the purchased product page or checkout flow. Revisions do not include new scope, unrelated strategy, implementation outside the purchased product, platform fees, third-party costs, or work not listed in the purchased scope.
ZYNE may communicate by email, Stan Store messages, intake forms, shared documents, project-management tools, or other reasonable service channels.
ZYNE provides strategy, analysis, creative, technical, operational, AI, automation, brand, visibility, website, and conversion-support services. ZYNE does not guarantee revenue, rankings, traffic, leads, conversion rates, platform approvals, AI output perfection, business outcomes, or third-party platform performance.
You remain responsible for business decisions, implementation choices, budget, platform compliance, advertising spend, sales execution, legal compliance, and how delivered materials are used.
Some ZYNE services involve AI strategy, AI chatbot planning, AI chatbot setup, prompt frameworks, automation workflows, knowledge-base structuring, or related technical systems.
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, non-compliant, or unsuitable without human review. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs and confirming accuracy, legality, suitability, and compliance before using them in your business.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, ZYNE does not use client confidential materials to train general-purpose AI models. Third-party AI providers, automation platforms, hosting providers, and APIs may have their own data-processing terms and retention settings.
The website, product descriptions, service frameworks, page structure, text, graphics, templates, prompts, methods, systems, code, designs, and other ZYNE materials are owned by ZYNE or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
After full payment, and subject to these Terms, ZYNE grants you a limited right to use final deliverables created specifically for your purchased service for your internal business, marketing, sales, operational, or client-facing use, as applicable to the purchased product.
Unless expressly stated in writing, ZYNE retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks, know-how, reusable systems, generalized learnings, non-confidential processes, and underlying service methodology.
You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, license, publish, or claim ownership of ZYNE frameworks, templates, prompts, systems, or service methods except as expressly allowed in the purchased product scope.
You retain ownership of materials you submit to ZYNE, subject to any rights you grant ZYNE to evaluate, deliver, support, administer, document, and improve the purchased service.
You represent that the materials you provide do not violate third-party rights, platform rules, confidentiality obligations, privacy laws, intellectual-property rights, or other legal obligations.
ZYNE may use public information, client-approved materials, anonymized examples, generalized learnings, non-confidential methods, and internal frameworks to improve its services, provided ZYNE does not intentionally disclose confidential client materials without permission unless legally required.
ZYNE services may involve or reference third-party platforms, including Stan Store, payment processors, Google Business Profile, social media platforms, website platforms, hosting services, analytics tools, CRM tools, automation tools, AI providers, email platforms, or real estate-related tools.
ZYNE is not responsible for third-party platform downtime, account restrictions, policy changes, data loss, payment issues, integration failures, API limits, advertising disapprovals, search ranking changes, or other third-party conduct.
Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.
Your use of zyne.store and your purchase of ZYNE services are also governed by the ZYNE Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how ZYNE collects, uses, shares, and protects information related to website use, Stan Store checkout, intake, fulfillment, AI-related services, analytics, and communications.
Refund and scope handling depends on the purchased service, the stated scope, the checkout terms, and the work already performed.
Completed strategy work, audits, digital deliverables, started fulfillment work, completed reports, prepared materials, or delivered service components may be non-refundable once work has begun or delivery has occurred.

You may not use zyne.store, ZYNE materials, or ZYNE services to violate law, infringe rights, submit unlawful or harmful materials, interfere with website operation, reverse engineer systems, scrape content for misuse, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misrepresent identity, or use delivered materials in a deceptive, unlawful, or platform-prohibited way.
ZYNE may restrict, suspend, or refuse access to services where ZYNE reasonably believes a user has violated these Terms, submitted improper materials, created legal or security risk, or requested work outside permissible scope.
The website and ZYNE materials are provided for business education, product explanation, service delivery, and operational support. They are not legal, tax, financial, medical, or regulated professional advice unless expressly stated in a separate signed agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZYNE provides the website, product information, and services on an `as is` and `as available` basis, except for the specific deliverables expressly included in a purchased product scope.
ZYNE does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZYNE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, reliance, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-goodwill, data-loss, business-interruption, platform-performance, search-ranking, advertising, AI-output, or third-party-service damages arising from or related to the website, product pages, checkout flow, delivered materials, or purchased services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZYNE's aggregate liability for a claim related to a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific ZYNE product or service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations. In those cases, the limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZYNE and its owners, officers, contractors, service providers, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website or services, your submitted materials, your violation of law, your violation of third-party rights, or your use of delivered materials.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from or related to zyne.store, these Terms, or ZYNE services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, including courts serving the Houston, Texas area, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
You and ZYNE consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts for covered disputes.
ZYNE may update these Terms from time to time. When updated, the `Last Updated` date will be revised.
Your continued use of zyne.store, purchase of ZYNE services, or submission of materials after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
