This Refund and Scope Policy explains how ZYNE handles refunds, service scope, buyer responsibilities, revisions, cancellations, delivery issues, and external Stan Store checkout expectations for paid ZYNE productized services.

This policy applies to purchases made through zyne.store, Stan Store, or another authorized checkout provider for ZYNE services.

Product details are provided by ZYNE. Secure checkout is completed through Stan Store.

1. Productized Service Model

ZYNE sells paid productized services with defined scope, deliverables, timelines, exclusions, buyer responsibilities, and revision terms. Each product page explains what is included before checkout.

ZYNE does not sell open-ended consulting, unlimited support, unlimited implementation, or free consultations unless expressly stated in writing.

Buyers should review the applicable ZYNE product page before purchase.

2. Stan Store Checkout

Some ZYNE services are purchased through Stan Store. Stan Store provides the external checkout and payment layer. ZYNE controls product education, service scope, fulfillment expectations, and buyer-facing service information.

Stan Store and its payment processors may apply their own checkout, payment, fraud, refund-processing, or account policies. ZYNE may receive order-related information from Stan Store to fulfill purchased services.

3. General Refund Position

Refund and scope handling depends on the purchased service, the stated scope, the checkout terms, buyer intake status, and the work already performed.

Because many ZYNE products involve strategy, audits, analysis, planning, creative work, AI configuration, digital deliverables, or custom service preparation, refund eligibility may be limited once work begins.

Completed strategy work, audits, digital deliverables, started fulfillment work, completed reports, prepared materials, AI planning, chatbot structuring, brand files, website strategy, or delivered service components may be non-refundable once work has begun or delivery has occurred.

4. Before Work Begins

If you purchase a ZYNE service and contact ZYNE before any work begins, before intake has been reviewed, and before fulfillment preparation starts, ZYNE may consider a cancellation or refund request.

Approval is not automatic. ZYNE may consider payment-processor costs, Stan Store limitations, transaction status, product type, administrative work already performed, and any applicable checkout terms.

5. After Work Begins

Once ZYNE has reviewed intake, evaluated materials, prepared deliverables, started research, created strategy, developed assets, configured AI systems, performed audits, written recommendations, or otherwise begun fulfillment, refunds may be denied or limited.

This is because the value of many ZYNE services is created through analysis, decision-making, strategy, setup, review, and custom service preparation, not only through final file delivery.

6. Delivered Digital Work

Delivered digital work, reports, audits, strategy documents, brand materials, prompts, AI frameworks, website plans, conversion assets, referral materials, or similar deliverables are generally not refundable after delivery.

If a product includes a specific revision window, ZYNE may provide revisions within the stated scope instead of a refund.

7. Revisions

Revision handling is limited to the revision terms stated on the purchased product page, checkout flow, or written service notes.

Revisions are intended to correct, clarify, or refine deliverables within the original purchased scope. Revisions do not include new strategy, new product scope, additional implementation, third-party platform work, new creative direction, additional pages, additional automation, extra research, or work not listed in the purchased service.

Revision requests must be submitted within the stated revision window, if one applies.

8. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate intake responses, timely feedback, required files, links, business context, access, credentials, permissions, examples, brand assets, website information, AI workflow details, or other materials needed for fulfillment.

Failure to provide required materials may delay delivery, limit deliverables, or prevent completion within the original timeline. Delays caused by missing buyer materials do not automatically create refund eligibility.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to provide all submitted materials.

9. Scope Changes and Out-of-Scope Requests

Requests outside the purchased scope may require a separate product purchase, custom quote, written scope adjustment, or additional fee.

ZYNE may decline out-of-scope requests, legally risky requests, platform-prohibited work, implementation outside the purchased product, or requests that require third-party costs not included in the purchased service.

10. Missed Calls or Scheduled Sessions

Most ZYNE products are designed as productized deliverables rather than free consultation calls.

If a purchased product expressly includes a scheduled call, briefing, review, or meeting, the buyer is responsible for scheduling and attending at the agreed time. Missed sessions, late cancellations, or failure to provide required preparation may be treated according to the product page, checkout terms, or written scheduling instructions.

11. Technical Problems and Access Issues

If a technical problem prevents access to a purchased deliverable, ZYNE may attempt to resend, replace, re-share, or provide reasonable access to the deliverable.

If third-party tools, Stan Store, payment processors, email providers, Google services, social platforms, hosting services, AI providers, CRM tools, or automation platforms cause delays or restrictions, those issues may be governed by the relevant third-party terms.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, ZYNE may pause fulfillment, suspend access to deliverables, or provide transaction and fulfillment records to Stan Store, payment processors, or other relevant providers.

Chargebacks do not automatically cancel buyer responsibilities, service scope limits, intellectual-property restrictions, or other terms that survive purchase.

13. No Results Guarantee

ZYNE does not guarantee revenue, rankings, traffic, leads, conversion rates, platform approvals, AI output perfection, business outcomes, or third-party platform performance.

Refunds are not provided merely because a buyer does not achieve a desired business result, ranking, conversion, revenue outcome, platform response, or AI output after delivery.

14. How to Request Refund or Scope Review

To request refund or scope review, email:

lisibeth@zyne.store

Include:

  • purchaser name;
  • email used for checkout;
  • purchased product;
  • order date;
  • reason for request;
  • relevant screenshots, messages, files, or delivery details.

ZYNE may request additional information before making a decision.

15. Policy Updates

ZYNE may update this Refund and Scope Policy from time to time. When updated, the `Last Updated` date will be revised.

Purchases are generally reviewed under the policy and product terms available at the time of purchase, unless applicable law or written agreement requires otherwise.
