Repair Schedule

Tentative repair schedule for property safety, systems, interior, exterior, and final repair work from July 2026 through June 2029.

This tentative schedule organizes repair work by phase, work description, and expected timeframe. Timing may be refined as work is coordinated.

Phase 1

Safety & Baseline

July - August 2026
  • Replace and test all security devices/detectors
  • Check ceiling fans in bedroom/living room
  • HVAC and water heater checkup
  • Kitchen and toilet plumbing checked
  • Switch plates, outlet covers, etc. checked
  • Front and back doors fixed with new hardware
  • One-time mow the grass
  • Initiate quarterly pest control

Phase 2

Structural & Systems

September 2026 - March 2027
  • Check and fix subfloor

Phase 3

Interior Cosmetics & Comfort

April - October 2027
  • Drywall cover-up in utility room
  • Sheetrock and drywall cover-up/replacement
  • All inside doors fixed or replaced
  • Insulate subfloor

Phase 4

Exterior & Low-Priority

November 2027 - April 2029
  • All outside lighting checked
  • Exterior building paint
  • Broken bedroom window replaced (cosmetic)
  • Broken fence repaired (cosmetic)

Phase 5

Final Touches

May - June 2029
  • Mailbox repaired
  • Sand fill the carport
